Hello! Our family is growing and we are looking for some help with our two older children aged 4 and 6. We are due with our third baby in July and looking to have some live out Nanny help, our goal would be to establish a long-term trusted relationship with the right person. Our family has been on a great learning journey since welcoming our 2nd child in 2017. He is a bright and creative child that needs extra support but also space for his independence to continue to grow. He has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and presents with gross/ fine motor delays. Lifting/ transferring him will be a requirement (40 lb). We follow an alternative learning modality called the Anat Baniel Method and will look to have someone open to learning come along side our family. Responsibilities would include (but not limited to): Getting to and from our home for working hours Care of our 2 kids (dressing, breakfast/ lunch meals, changing support for our son age 4) Preparation of breakfast/ lunch meals (including feeding support for my son age 4) Hours: 20 hours per week with opportunity for more Ideal Candidates will have the following attributes and qualifications: Non-smoker Fully vaccinated Eligible to work in Canada Able to read, write and speak fluent English Infant CPR and first Aid Certificate A clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check and Child Abuse Registry/ Intervention Record Check Open and receptive to learning Early childhood Education experience considered an asset References required Wage: Negotiable Location: Central Edmonton Please visit to view full details and to apply.
