We are a warm, active family of four looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time House Manager/Housekeeper to help keep our household running smoothly. We have two wonderful school-aged children and a dynamic home life that needs someone organized, proactive, and kind to support us behind the scenes. Location: Glebe, Ottawa Hours: Part-time, approx. 15-20 hrs/week, with some flexibility Start Date: asap w/ flexibility Key Responsibilities Meal Planning & Preparation: Plan and prepare healthy, family-friendly meals and snacks. Grocery shopping or coordinating grocery delivery as needed. Light Housework: Tidy common areas, load/unload dishwasher, manage laundry, and oversee general home upkeep. Home Organization: Keep the home running efficiently by managing inventory of household supplies, organizing spaces, and helping with seasonal tasks like switching out wardrobes. Family Activities Support: Assist in planning and coordinating activities, appointments, and special events (e.g., birthdays, school projects). Travel Preparation: Help with packing and organizing for family travel, including checklists and logistics. Kid Logistics: Assist with school pick-ups and driving children to and from after-school activities.
