We are seeking reliable part-time childcare from an experienced, personable childcare provider for our 15-month-old. Baby G is a pleasant healthy baby boy. He calms easily but is somewhat busy and active which is why we want someone attentive who will play with and engage him so that we can get other household and professional tasks done. Background, training, or interest in ECE, teaching, nursing, or some other relevant field is a huge plus. We have two amazing part-time child care providers totaling about 25 hours per week, however one them will not be able to continue beyond mid-December due to other obligations. Therefor we have a need of 6-10 hours more coverage per week for the winter and likely into the spring. We are okay with short term options for right fit provider (i.e. student looking for temporary work, etc.). We are quite flexible about what hours are worked and okay with shorter or longer shifts. Rates are negotiable and happy to consider more for a person with specialized training. A little more about us: Mike is a Nurse Practitioner (currently staying home with baby) and Margaret is busy university professor teaching again for the first time after parental leave. We do have one cat and, while no cat care is required, those with allergies should be aware. We are excited to see so many competent professionals on here and look forward to chatting about options and hopefully finding a great fit for our childcare needs. If your reach out please include a little about yourself and about your experience caring for 12-18 month old infants. Mike and Margaret Please visit to view full details and to apply.
