The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Duties Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues before they lead to failure. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, including engines, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment. Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools and techniques, then develop effective solutions. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used. Collaborate with other maintenance team members to coordinate repairs and ensure safety protocols are followed. Order replacement parts and supplies as needed to maintain operational readiness. Assist in troubleshooting electrical or hydraulic systems when necessary. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical principles. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks regularly. Safety Certification is required.
