Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly organized and customer-focused Parts Specialist to support our client's Parts Department operations in Markham, ON. In this role, you will ensure efficient parts handling, accurate inventory control, and exceptional customer service. You will maintain a clean and well-organized department, manage incoming and outgoing parts, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with ordering and system setup. Pay Rate: $50k + benefits + 2 weeks vacationLocation: Markham, ONSchedule: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 5pm Job type: Permanent Full-time Vacancy Status: This posting is for a future vacancy . Responsibilities: Parts Department Operations Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department. Pick, pack, and prepare parts to fulfill sales orders and service work orders. Receive incoming inventory shipments and ensure timely put-away into proper locations. Assist with ordering parts while monitoring budgets and ensuring product availability. Set up and maintain parts models, including accurate product information, in company systems. Customer & Internal Support Respond promptly and professionally to emails and phone calls regarding pricing, availability, and product inquiries. Communicate effectively with end customers, account contacts, internal departments, field service teams, and corporate offices. Build strong, positive relationships through reliable service and proactive communication. Provide support to the Customer Care and After-Sales Service teams as required . Inventory Management & Accuracy Monitor inventory levels, stock turns, and part-level backorders to maintain optimal stock health. Reconcile inventory balances and conduct audits, cycle counts, and investigations to ensure accurate inventory records. Support inventory control processes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.1-3 years of experience in a parts department, warehouse, inventory, customer care, or related role (preferred).Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and walking.Proficient with basic computer applications (email, Microsoft Office, and inventory systems).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with multiple teams.Customer-service-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.Inventory control and stock managementOrder picking, packing, and fulfillment accuracyStrong time-management and multitasking abilitiesClear and professional communication skillsData entry accuracy and system navigationRelationship-building with customers and internal teamsProblem-solving skills and proactive thinkingMu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
