This role demands a blend of sales expertise, customer service excellence, and operational understanding.You will serve as the primary liaison between clients, the culinary team, and event operations, ensuring every function reflects our brands quality and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and actively secure catering contracts for corporate, social, and private events.Meet or exceed monthly and annual catering sales goals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.Conduct site visits, tastings, and presentations to prospective clients.Prepare custom proposals, quotations, and contracts that align with client budgets and event objectives.Client Relations & Event CoordinationServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event life cycle.Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and event production teams to deliver high-quality catering experiences.Conduct detailed event planning, including menu selection, dcor recommendations, and service arrangements.Attend events as needed to oversee setup, service, and client satisfaction.Ensure clear communication and coordination across all departments.Administrative & Operational SupportMaintain accurate records of client communications, contracts, payments, and event details in the CRM system.Forecast catering revenue, track performance metrics, and prepare reports for management review.Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.Support marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, social media, and networking events.QualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).24 years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality management.Strong understanding of food & beverage services, event logistics, and guest service standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong administrative and organizational abilities with acute attention to detail.Proficiency with catering/event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.Preferred AttributesProven background in banquet or hotel catering sales.Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines simultaneously.Positive attitude and collaborative spirit in a fast-paced environment.Creative problem-solver with a passion for hospitality and event design.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off, holidays, and professional development opportunitiesComplimentary or meals during shiftsCompensation: Expected Base with performance-based incentives will be $50,000-$55,000 per yearPosting End Date: February 14, 2026Please send your Cover Letter and Resume to [email protected].
