With-Seidelin Private Wealth Management, iA Private Wealth is a family office style wealth planning/management financial planning practice delivering meticulous financial plans and execution for successful Canadians. We are looking for an administrative assistant to assist the rest of the team with delivering on our unparalleled client experience, that makes us a standout in the industry. We adhere to the highest ethical, regulatory, and fiduciary standards. You will be the lead client service provider for about 30 families and will work closely with them. Your responsibilities will include:-responding to their inquiries-taking care of all their administrative needs-updating their paperwork-keeping their files up to date-working with them to ensure they are up to date with registered plan contributions-organizing client deposits and withdrawals and confirming with clients when done-completing customized quarterly portfolio reports-maintaining our unique New Worth Growth Plan system for your clients -assisting with organizing annual planning and review meetings -keep our client relationship software (ACT) up to date-address and process life, critical illness, and long-term disability insurance inquiries (under iA Private Wealth Insurance) and ensure that payments are processed on timeThe successful candidate must fully understand what it takes to deliver an unparalleled client experience, that attention to detail is paramount as is an unwavering commitment to personal integrity and topflight professionalism. It is an advantage if you are licensed, but if not, the expectation is that you will commit to become licensed. You must also know Microsoft Office and in particular Excel and Word.
