With ABC's recent expansion into Canada, we are looking for success-driven individuals with a passion to lead. At ABC Supply Co., Branch Managers have the tools they need to be successful, have high earning potential, and the ability to operate their branch in an entrepreneurial manner.Specific duties may include:Overseeing and taking responsibility for the branchs profit and loss accountabilityHiring associates and monitoring their performanceBuilding a team and fostering a culture of respect, safety and aligning with the core values of ABC Supply.Maintaining an adequate and accurate inventory as well as conducting inventory and cash control self-auditsSetting and monitoring pricing and ensuring an acceptable margin on salesOverseeing outside and inside sales teams and ensuring sales growthMaintaining and improving customer satisfaction and ensuring acceptable service levels and timely deliveries to customersGenerating the associate work schedule and controlling overtimeDetermining additional products to add to the existing product lineEnsuring that company safety policies and DOT requirements are followedSuccessfully managing multiple priorities simultaneously Specific qualifications include:College degree (Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Distribution, or other related field) or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong analytical and mathematical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of new construction and renovation market dynamics is preferred.
