We pride ourselves on building strong partnerships with multinational clients and delivering consistent, high-quality workforce solutions.As Arrow Workforce continues to grow, we are currently seeking an experienced On-Site Manager to support our operations in the Mississauga area.Position SummaryThe On-Site Manager acts as Arrow Workforces on-site representative and primary liaison between Arrow and the client. This role focuses on relationship-building, workforce management, safety compliance, and operational efficiency within a distribution center environment.This is a Mississauga-based role and is not a mobile position. However, the successful candidate must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with occasional travel to nearby locations when required.Work Location & Travel ExpectationsPrimary location: Mississauga, ONMust have access to a personal vehicleComfortable travelling, when required, to: Mississauga, Caledon, Brampton, EtobicokeThis is not a mobile role, but in rare situations, the On-Site Manager may be required to support another Arrow site. Flexibility is required, with no objection to occasional travel.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with client leadership and key stakeholdersUnderstand the clients vision, business strategy, and workplace policiesEnsure all safety and health protocols are implemented, followed, and updatedScreen, recruit, onboard, and place associates into appropriate rolesDevelop a strong understanding of all areas within the distribution centerTrack and manage workforce metrics including attendance, productivity, attrition, and payrollMaintain daily communication with on-site associates; remain approachable and supportiveUnderstand training requirements and SOPs for various job functionsResolve conflicts and de-escalate issues between associates and the clientStay current with recruitment trends and prepare for peak staffing periodsDevelop contingency plans to manage sudden changes in staffing, safety, or productivityQualifications & ExperiencePrevious supervisory or leadership experience (required)Experience working in a distribution or warehouse environment (required)Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience meeting strict deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRecruitment and staffing experience an assetExperience with uAttend or similar time and attendance systems an assetValid drivers license and reliable vehicle requiredWhy Join Arrow Workforce?Internal opportunity with a growing staffing organizationHands-on leadership role with real operational impactLong-term career growth potential after conversion to permanent
