JOB DESCRIPTIONInsight Global is looking for a Project Portfolio Practices Consultant to join a leading insurance company. This individual will be contributing to the enhancement of the delivery framework processes, procedures and templates to ensure quality and governance of the project/program management discipline across the enterprise. In addition, they'd also be collecting and analyzing data to assist in assessing effectiveness of project practices. This role is hybrid 2x week onsite at either the Guelph, Burlington, Mississauga, or Toronto location. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or PMO Analyst- Experience working in both agile and waterfall methodologies- Strong understanding of project risk and issue management- Experience in process design and experience- Excellent in communications and building relationships NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE- PMP- Insurance industry experience
