OVERVIEWProject ManagerStatus: Full-time, permanent position | Location: Vaudreuil-Dorion, QCReport To: PMO Director | Service: Project Management Office (PMO)The Project Managers mandate is to serve the companys strategic vision and deliver critical projectscontributing directly to growth initiatives, customer engagement, asset development, and continuous improvementfor and throughout the organization.With aggressive growth targets, Fastco is primarily focused on market expansion, systems integration, process optimization and automation, and continuous improvement.Reporting to the PMO Director, this role will work most closely with cross-functional stakeholders, business analysts, software developers, and leadership, to drive projects across planning, execution, quality assurance and delivery processesleveraging standards-based professional oversight, expertise and experience.The Project Manager must produce and maintain organizational process assets, precedence & schedule network diagrams, project & resource calendars, other documentation, including risk registers and lessons learned.As a primary custodian of the organizations Project Management Information System, the Project Manager must diligently document, track, measure and communicate project health, details, dates, deadlines and KPIs to ensure earned value delivery against requirements and project constraints. The organization is trending increasingly agile within a Microsoft Azure and SAP Business ByDesign cloud environment. Strong technical acumen is an asset.RESPONSIBILITIESInitiation & Planning| 15%Understanding requirements, assumptions, constraints of projects and programsDeveloping project schedules based on scopes, dependencies & milestonesDeveloping resource, communication, procurement, quality, change, risk, and over-arching program management plans based on available information and planning / kick-off meetingsEstimating and planning resource requirements and allocations: staff & scheduleDeveloping Gantt charts, entity relationship diagrams, notes, and documentationIdentifying risks and exposure; planning contingenciesExecuting & Monitoring| 70%Executing project management plan; managing tasks and quality controlManaging risk, change requests and corrective actionsMeasuring and disclosing performance at key intervals and milestonesMaintaining and managing an issue log; capturing lessons learnedMaintaining stakeholder relationships and communicationsClosing & Documentation| 15%Confirming program scope & deliverables were achieved with project sponsorsObtaining feedback from stakeholdersCompiling project data and earned value metrics for postmortem presentationCollating and cataloging lessons learned documented throughout the programQUALIFICATIONSBachelors degree, or equivalent practical experience2-3 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs and assetsExperience in gathering, documenting, and organizing detailed, well-articulated, full-scope program documentation and management plansExperience managing constraints: scope, schedule, cost, and qualityExperience with a PMIS, e.g. Wrike, Asana, Jira, Confluence, Monday, etc.Familiarity with ERP, CRM, project management, e-commerce, cloud technologies and terminologies, with proficiency in MS Office 365General management skills across product, supply planning, sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, human resources, and accounting domainsStrong interpersonal skills: emotional intelligence, motivation, communication, influence, leadership, negotiationExcellent analytical problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detailNimble and willing to take initiative with prevailing positive attitude & adaptabilityBilingual (French and English), with excellent proficiency in written and spoken EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSProject / Program Management accreditation (PMP, PRINCE 2, PgMP, CAPM) completed, in progress or plannedTopical knowledge of Total Quality Management (TQM), KaizenSales orientation, with customer-first attitudeSupply chain familiarity, with process optimization inclinationProcess Improvement accreditation (Lean Six Sigma, CMMI)completed, in progress or plannedBachelors degree, college diploma (or equivalent), in a Production Operations Management (POM), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business / Commerce, engineering or mathematics field, an assetExperience with SAP, ideally SAP Business ByDesign or other (cloud) ERPs #J-18808-Ljbffr
