Job Description

LOCATION: TBD Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Projectand Quality Manager to lead the development and oversight of project andquality management practices across our organization. This role plays acritical part in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, andeffective delivery of engineering initiatives. The successful candidate willprovide leadership in project execution, quality systems, budget oversight, andasset management, while supporting long-term strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Develop policies and procedures that meet regulatoryrequirements and best practices in project and quality management. Monitor and support project and quality managementactivities across the organization. Oversee all engineering budgets and provide financialoversight for projects. Lead program management of E1s, E2s, and Charter Offsets. Develop long-range maintenance plans to supportoperational reliability. Manage company contributions to asset capital projects. Lead and deliver special projects as assigned. Oversee engineering policy development and ongoingmaintenance. Manage vessel charter obligations and warranty processes. Build and oversee a Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM)program. Maintain the engineering SharePoint site and overseevessel/terminal documentation management. Manage the use, implementation, and sustainment of themaintenance management system. Standardize and oversee major project contracts and terms&conditions. Qualifications & Skills Engineering degree or equivalent experience in marineengineering and project management. Minimum 5 years of project management experience;professional project management certification considered an asset. Experience in the maritime industry in a projectmanagement role strongly preferred.Leadership experience with marine operations andTransport Canada (TC) certification considered an asset. Experience establishing or managing ISO certificationconsidered an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability toprioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working withminimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related projectmanagement tools. Working Conditions Primarily office-based role with routine visits tovessels, docks, and terminal facilities throughout the Maritimes. Requires significant road travel, with flexibility foroccasional evening, weekend, and overnight work. Must be able to access all areas of vessels andterminals, including climbing ladders and entering tanks.
