You must have the proven ability to work effectively with patients, physicians and other health professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment. Experience in group facilitation, motivational interviewing and additional languages are considered assets.The Hamilton Family Health Team is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a 0.6 FTE (24 hours a week).
