Spectrum is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part Time Supply Chain Coordinator in Mississauga to ensure our equipment and supplies flow seamlessly across the organization. In this role, youll collaborate with care teams and vendors to maintain an efficient, reliable supply chain that supports outstanding patient care. Your schedule will be a mix of day and evening shifts (ex: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm). This role will involve a weekend shift rotation. This is a fully in-office position, giving you the chance to connect directly with the team and keep things running smoothly. Job Description Partner with care teams and vendors to manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment Monitor inventory levels, oversee storage and distribution, and prevent shortages or overstocking. Coordinate logistics for deliveries and returns between patient homes, branches, and field staff Identify process improvements, support ERP implementation, and collaborate with finance for accurate reporting and cost tracking Handle RMAs, credits, and accounts payable reconciliations while maintaining accurate tracking systems Qualifications Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare supply chain, procurement, or logistics, including hospital or medical equipment operations Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement strategies, and inventory management practices Knowledge of medical inventory tracking systems and proficiency with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems) Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making Additional Information This position is a current vacancy Spectrum Health Care is thrilled to be named one of Canadas Best Managed Companies.
