Conveniently located on Hwy. 9, just 20 kilometres north of Winnipeg, Selkirk offers easy access to urban conveniences while maintaining a close-knit community feel.Learn more about Selkirk Super Thrifty.QualificationsLicensed to practice as Pharmacist in ManitobaAuthorized to give injections, prescribe for self-limiting conditions and smoking cessation (or willing to complete training).Duties and ResponsibilitiesPractice within federal/provincial, regulatory/legal requirements, provincial Code of Ethics, Standards of Practice, and PoliciesDemonstrate professional integrity and act to uphold a high level of professional standard of practiceProvide counselling on prescriptions, over the counter/behind the counter products and all health-related issues, including but not limited to indications, contra-indications, adverse effects, drug interactions and dosageEnsure accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions dispensedStrong problem-solving skills including experience formulating and executing action plansSuperior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalismMinimum 40 hours per weekPharmacy hours Monday to Saturday 9am 6pm, closed Sundays and holidaysWe OfferWork/Life balance Stores are not open evenings or SundaysAnnual licence fee reimbursement and Pharmacist Manitoba membershipA team of pharmacists, assistants and clerks devoted to our patients #J-18808-Ljbffr
