Responsibilities Assist the Station Manager in the daytoday running of the Fuelling team. Coordinate and allocate staff & resources to fulfil service standards for Customer Airlines. Ensure fuelling operations are delivered safely, on time and consistently in line with servicelevel standards for ontime and station performance. Influence and facilitate the consistent delivery of a World Class product to airline customers. Maintain health, safety, security and customer satisfaction through effective support and management of delivery areas. Provide support, guidance and encouragement to colleagues. Fully comply with the Health & Safety Act and all company policies. Promote a professional image by adhering to the Company Uniform Standards. Follow all processes involved in Triple A Regulations. Ensure tasks are performed in accordance with Airline Handling Manuals, Airports Disruption Management Policy, Customer Service Promise, Communications Promise, and other relevant procedures. Attend mandatory training imposed by the Company and Airlines as required by role. Process customer queries, grievances, and investigations professionally. Enforce an open reporting culture and investigate incidents to establish corrective actions. Manage GSE responsibilities, including defect reporting and GSE checks. Ensure no company property abuse occurs. Monitor absenteeism and implement improvement plans when necessary. Perform any other reasonable duties requested by direct or indirect reports. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent. One to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven leadership skills and experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop staff. Minimum 18 years of age and legal ability to work in Canada. Valid drivers licence and held a DA. Wellorganised with meticulous attention to detail, able to work independently to meet deadlines. Extensive experience in fuelling operations and a good understanding of operational departments. Familiar with GOMs, airline procedures, airport procedures, and airport legislations. Fully versed in International Aviation Safety and Security standards, and passionate about promoting them within the organisation. SLAdriven to meet customer expectations by delivering excellence. Strong sense of stakeholder engagement with customers, airport representatives, local CAA, and thirdparty providers. Ability to develop the team, provide succession planning and reengineer business processes as demanded by changes in the business. Ability to drive and deliver improvement plans and manage the followup process. Ability to identify productivity efficiency or inefficiency and tailor operational demand based on station dynamics. Adaptability to work with a multinational workforce and collaborate well with local unions. Ability to produce comprehensive reports to senior managers. Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands, circumstances, and weather conditions. Calm and approachable manner. Knowledge of local labour legislation is a big advantage. Availability and flexibility for variable shifts, including weekends and holidays. Ability to lift up to 70lbs when required. Ability to obtain and hold all required security clearances. Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
