We never stop solving for you.ResponsibilitiesAccount and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotasLeverage hospital networks, existing contracts, and alternative departments/sites of service to identify penetration & conversion opportunitiesDrive contract compliance and standardization opportunitiesPersuade key stakeholders at accounts to advocate for proposed solutions and productsIdentify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraintsRelationship management with key clinical and economic stakeholdersConsult with clinicians on safe and effective use of productsOffer new and ongoing in-service, education, technical support, and troubleshoot product-related issues as neededIncrease mix of NPIsUse data and analytics to inform business planningComplete essential business-tracing requirements by maintaining sales call data in SalesforceRequirements & QualificationsTo set you up for success, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors Degree or higher AND two (2) years of sales, clinical or related experienceOR High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of sales, clinical or related experienceIn addition to the above requirements, also required:Current, valid Drivers LicenseAdditional qualifications that could help include:Experience calling on Operating Room, Central Supply, Sterile Processing, Infection Prevention, ICU, ER, Vascular Access teams, Environmental Service, Endoscopy, Nurse Educators, Materials Management/Supply Chain, and BioMed staff in the acute care settingAbility to communicate clinical and business solutions effectivelyExperience with distribution partners and GPOs/national contracts, including negotiation and distribution managementKnowledge of medical terminology, processes, and proceduresFamiliarity with CRM software and sales toolsOther RequirementsThis role may require access to healthcare or other facilities that require licenses, vaccinations, or other credentials.
