As a Caf Associate, a typical day might include the following Welcoming all members and guests and taking their orders Entering orders into point of sale, receiving and processing transactions Preparing handcrafted, hot, and cold coffee and tea beverages tailored to clients specific orders Educating members and guests on the menu and making recommendations Answering questions regarding the menu, ingredients, etc. Maintaining inventory and replenishing supplies Working alongside colleagues in a team environment Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and seating areas Complying with health and safety regulations To Land This Role You Need To Have At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry 2+ years in the customer service industry Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts, friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service Postsecondary education relating to the health and fitness industry and additional certifications or workshops relating to customer service are an asset All team members must have current CPR/First Aid certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
