Back of House - Supervisor, Culinary Moxies Key Responsibilities Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring all dishes meet Moxies' standards for quality, presentation, and consistency. Lead, coach, and motivate culinary team members during service. Ensure proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating standards are followed. Assist with training and onboarding of new kitchen team members. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety (HACCP compliance). Monitor prep levels, inventory, and minimize waste. Step in to support service during peak periods and help manage workflow. Communicate effectively with front of house leadership to ensure a seamless guest experience. What We're Looking For Previous experience in a supervisory or senior line cook role in a high volume restaurant. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for food, teamwork and hospitality. Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices.
