This team of experienced financial professionals leverages data analytics and best practices to deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis. These contributions empower strategic decisionmaking across the organization, ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability. This is a 12 month contract temporary role What you'll do Were looking for an experienced Canadian Payroll Manager to lead fullcycle payroll for our Canadian team. Youll ensure payroll is accurate and on time, compliant with legislation, and supported by strong processes and systems. This role includes one direct report and collaboration with HR, Finance, and external partners. Lead payroll processing using ADP, with support from Workday and Dayforce. Ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation and company policies. Audit payroll, resolve discrepancies, and prepare yearend documents (T4s, RL1s, T2200s). Prepare and audit monthly journal entries and accruals with Finance. Supervise and mentor one direct report. Support payroll projects and identify process improvements. Provide payroll guidance to employees and management. Who you are University or college graduate in any field. Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation required. Minimum 5 years Canadian payroll experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of federal and provincial payroll legislation. Experience with ADP; Workday and Dayforce is an asset. Analytical, organized, and collaborative. What youll receive Flexibility to work remotely with occasional inoffice collaboration. Contract Details: Duration: 12 months, fulltime. Location: Oakville remote flexibility. Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location.
