Youll lead creative testing and direction across multiple eCommerce accounts, helping brands scale through sharp strategy, structured experimentation, and content that performs as good as it looks. This is a fully remote, fulltime position for candidates located in the U.S. or Canada, ideal for someone who loves blending creative instincts with performance thinking. Youll work closely with creators, editors, designers, and account managers to develop, test, and scale winning ads across Meta, TikTok, and other paid social channels. What Youll Do Youll own the full creative strategy loop: hypothesis test learn scale.
