About the Role As a Boutique Advisor under the Massage Therapy & Care Manager, you will support the daily operation of the boutique by welcoming clients, providing product and service information, and ensuring a personalized experience. Responsibilities Provide exceptional hospitality service. Answer questions about products, massage therapy, and treatments. Recognize and create sales opportunities. Maintain an orderly appearance in the boutique. Greet massage therapy and health care clients and accompany them to appointments. Manage the cash register and various customer payment tools. Produce daily reports. Contribute to customer satisfaction with the Spa Experience. Participate in optimizing the scheduling of the massage rooms. Perform any other related tasks requested by your immediate supervisor. Qualifications College degree in tourism, hospitality, administration, management, or related training (asset). Two or more years of customer service experience. Computer skills. Knowledge of other languages (asset). Interpersonal and good communication skills. Positive and professional attitude. Ability to solve problems quickly. May have to deal with stressful situations. Ability to lift and stand for long periods of time. Salary According to the salary scale in effect plus benefits related to Nordik Spa Village. Work Schedule Parttime: At least two shifts per week; schedule may vary during the day, evening, and weekend. Weekend availability required.
