Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure high performance. Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, inventory management, and merchandising. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock levels to optimize profitability. Monitor store budget, control expenses, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and foster a collaborative team environment. Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized store environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Utilize organizational skills and time management to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting. Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales management with supervising experience preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills. Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing techniques, and administrative processes such as budgeting and training & development. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, customer service excellence, cash handling, and phone etiquette. Organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and recordkeeping. Ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic retail environment. Experience with recruiting, interviewing candidates, supervising staff performance, and conducting training sessions is highly desirable.
