Outside Sales Representative Custom Cabinetry, Millwork & renovation project management Location: Victoria, BC Job Type: Full-time Compensation: Base salary $40,000 $50,000 per year + commission Additional Compensation: Vehicle allowance or company vehicle, commission Schedule: Flexible About Us: We are a local, family-owned custom cabinetry, millwork and renovation project management business known for quality craftsmanship and strong client relationships. We work closely with homeowners, builders, and designers, and we''re looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative to help grow our business, while fitting in with our close-knit team. The Role: As an Outside Sales Representative, you''ll focus on relationship-building and business development. This role is centered on selling and client managementyou will not be responsible for preparing estimates or technical pricing. Our internal team will handle estimating and project takeoffs. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, designers, real estate agents, and property managers. Prospect for new business and follow up on inbound leads Meet clients on-site to understand their needs and represent our services Communicate client requirements clearly to the internal team Follow up on proposals and move opportunities through the sales process Represent the company professionally and positively in the field What We''re Looking For: Proven sales experience is required (outside sales preferred) Friendly, motivated, and personable individual who is a team player.
