This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional to contribute to the expansion of a well-established organization with a strong reputation across North America. About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and managing existing relationships within the Winnipeg, Manitoba region. This is a remote role with flexibility, but candidates must be based in Winnipeg and available for in-person client meetings and industry events as required. Key Responsibilities Develop new business through prospecting, cold calling, referrals, and industry events. Build and maintain relationships with insurance brokerages and agencies in the territory. Conduct needs analyses to identify growth opportunities and provide tailored solutions. Communicate product and technology offerings to clients and drive adoption. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account servicing. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business growth. Qualifications & Experience 210 years of outside sales experience, ideally within financial services, insurance, or a related industry. Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proven ability to build relationships and establish trust with diverse stakeholders. Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
