As Marketing Operations Manager, youll operate at the intersection of automation, global campaigns, and gotomarket execution. Youll architect AIpowered workflows, support launches across North America and Europe, and help bridge our Chinabased engineering and product teams with customerfacing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants high ownership, exposure to multiple disciplines, and a path to grow into marketing leadership. What Youll Do 1. Marketing Systems & Automation Set up and manage marketing workflows using HubSpot, Zapier, and other automation tools Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) into campaign creation, reporting, and lead tracking Build scalable processes for lead scoring, lifecycle emails, and campaign performance tracking 2. Cross-Regional Campaign Execution Support B2B campaigns across gaming, wellness, and product design verticals Localize messaging and content for North America and European audiences based on input from engineering and product teams in Shenzhen Coordinate trade show campaigns (CES, GDC, Gamescom), including outreach, scheduling, and followup systems 3. Content Ops & Technical Transcreation Convert technical product updates, roadmap releases, and reference designs into marketingready content (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, etc.) Manage campaign content handoffs between sales, engineering, and BD teams Ensure version control and asset consistency across regions Use scraping tools and AI workflows to track trends in haptics adoption across industries Summarize findings into actionable briefs to support campaign targeting and content strategy Must-Have Qualifications 13 years in B2jest marketing, marketing operations, or a related role in tech Experience with at least one of the following: HubSpot, Zapier, Airtable, or a modern CRM/automation stack Proven interest in or handson use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etcuut) StrongSeb writing and communication skills Detail ---------- oriented, organized, and comfortable with contextswitching Excited by crossfunctional work and fastmoving environments Bonus (Nice-toHaves) Mandarin (written or verbal) for working with Chinabased teams Experience marketing hardware, developer tools, or enterprise tech Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, or Midjourney Comfortable working across time zones and async teams About TITAN Haptics TITAN Haptics is a Canadian tech startup building nextgeneration haptic (touch feedback) motors used in consumer electronics, gaming hardware, and smart devices.
