Partner with Energy and Telecom operational teams to track business performance, analyze margins, and provide actionable insights that drive profitability. Develop and maintain KPI reporting dashboards to measure efficiency, cost drivers, and financial outcomes, enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions. Support annual budgeting and in-year forecasting, including building models and financial scenarios for short-term and long-term planning. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance margins and control costs. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation. Oversee and develop accounting and finance team members, providing guidance on AR, AP, reconciliations, and reporting processes. Collaborate with Energy and Telecom teams to align billing, cost tracking, and revenue recognition with project milestones and customer obligations. Provide backup support for payroll, benefits, and pension administration. About You Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. CPA designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred. Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity. Hands on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis. Proficient in ERP and financial reporting systems, with advanced Excel and data handling skills. Analytical and strategic thinker who can connect financial results to business realities and provide actionable insights. Strong communication skills to partner effectively with operational and nonfinance stakeholders. Professionalism and ownership with a commitment to accuracy, internal control, and continuous improvement. Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with a big picture perspective that aligns financial outcomes to strategic objectives. Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving organization and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
