Working with the SES leadership team, the ROM plans and executes strategies to drive sales, increase profitability and cultivate a positive experience for customers and team members. The ROM manages daily operations activities including planogramming, vendor management, operations budget management, and improving execution through SOPs. This role collaborates with store operator, external vendors, visual merchandising, logistics and IT departments. The ROM also manages New Store Openings and HQ Operations projects.
