Role Description We are seeking a Flooring Estimator/Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Kitchener, ON. In this position, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for flooring and tile projects, budgeting and managing project timelines, and overseeing installations to ensure quality and client satisfaction. The role also involves effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless project execution. Qualifications Strong construction estimating and technical knowledge of flooring and tile products Exceptional communication skills for client interactions and coordinating with team members Experience in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to read architectural drawings Proficiency with a flooring estimation software is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
