We are expanding our clinical services under a new Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) contract and are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to support inhome assessments and care coordination for injured workers. Role Summary The RN Assessor is responsible for completing inhome clinical assessments for WSIB clients, developing evidencebased care recommendations, and coordinating interdisciplinary services (PSW, RPN, OT, PT). This role is ideal for experienced community nurses who value autonomy, clinical judgement, and meaningful work. Key Responsibilities Conduct inhome Initial Care Plan Assessments and Care Plan Reassessments Perform comprehensive clinical, functional, and environmental assessments Develop WSIBaligned care recommendations and tierlevel determinations Complete highquality clinical documentation and reports within required timelines Communicate assessment findings and recommendations to WSIB case managers Coordinate and oversee care delivery in collaboration with internal clinical leadership Participate in case conferences as required Qualifications Registered Nurse in good standing with the CNO Minimum 3 years community or complex care experience Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills Comfortable working independently in clients homes Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle Experience with WSIB, Ontario Health at Home, or rehabfocused care is an asset Compensation $60$70 per hour (contract), based on experience and scope Flexible caseload; volume expected to grow Mileage reimbursement in accordance with WSIB travel rule Why Work With Us Nurseled, clinically strong organization Flexible scheduling Clear clinical governance and support Opportunity to grow with an expanding WSIB program Supportive leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
