Our Calgary client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Wealth Administrator to support a small, fast-paced team. This all-round role offers ownership, variety, and responsibility, ideal for a self-motivated go-getter who thrives on multitasking, collaboration, and delivering results with precision. Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To Open new client accounts and manage account transfers, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements Execute on behalf of trading transactions in accordance with client instructions, internal controls, and compliance standards Process and monitor AWDs, PACs, SWPs, and SIPs, ensuring timely and accurate setup, changes, and execution Track transfers and transactions end-to-end, proactively following up to resolve delays or discrepancies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for new accounts and all ongoing account activities Liaise with clients to obtain missing documentation or information, providing clear guidance and timely follow-up Support compliance and regulatory requirements by adhering to policies, procedures, and audit standards Your strengths include: Experience in a financial services advisory firm, including execution of trading orders CSC and CPH completed Strong knowledge of industry legislation, rules, and regulatory requirements Proven investment administration experience in a fast-paced environment Salesforce experience considered an asset High level of initiative with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; collaborative team player If you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the Apply button to send your resume directly to Shae Nesselbeck.
