Please note the end date is subject to change.The ideal candidate is an energetic professional with proven knowledge, skills and abilities, executing the following in support of the companys vision, mission and values:ResponsibilitiesExcellent internal and external customer service skills are required to be displayed at all timesTo oversee and ensure efficient table game procedures at assigned tablesEnsure professional game activity and respectful Customer Service by attending to patrons with optimal care and professionalismAbides by the binding instructions for the safety and the handling of money, keys and codesConveys and implements methodical error prevention and is involved in its continuous improvementsSets examples through own actionsMakes certain that all game activities and transactions are carried out professionally and efficiently according to the ICM, GBH policies and procedures and under strict compliance with legal requirementsResponsible for the transactions on the tables as well as their correct entry and verification (with signature) of all transactionsJointly responsible for the correct accounting of money transactions within the Table Games Department and the issue of all legally required information in regards to table resultsReports all incidents to the Pit Manager and/or the Gaming Shift Manager respectively in accordance with regulated operating proceduresReports any suspicious guest-behavior that may hinder the implementation of licensing requirements and/or incur liabilities (trespass, money laundering, social obligations) to the Pit Manager or the Gaming Shift ManagerTable Game Inspectors are responsible to enter the Guests information from the Players card into the systemTable Game Inspectors are responsible to ask Guests for their Players card and to explain the value of the cardTo perform other duties as required by the Pit Manager or Operations ManagerQualificationsExperience as a Dealer 4 or aboveMust first successfully pass Inspectors training as defined by the Casino prior to being considered for any Table Game Inspector positionsExperience in money handlingThorough knowledge of the applicable sections of the:Gaming Control ActApproved Rules of gamesGames ProceduresMust be accurate and detail orientedWorks independently, diligently and dutifullyMust have excellent communication, negotiating and conversational skillsMust be able to work in a team environmentAble to deal with stressful situations in a high volume establishmentDedicated to superior customer serviceCandidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights.
