OverviewWe are a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds, specifically: Buyout, Venture Capital, Real Estate and FundofFunds. For new General Partners, we provide consulting services to help accelerate the launch of their funds in addition to our full fund administration services. For established General Partners, we provide administration services and technology to whole fund families or select funds, to help scale their fund operations rapidly and efficiently.Position OverviewExciting opportunity for an AML service professional to join a rapidly growing AML Compliance Team at a fund administration firm. The AML Senior Associate role plays a key role in helping to ensure investors are screened prior to onboarding at Standish Management. The AML Senior Associate will be responsible for screening investors, tracking continuous monitoring alerts, maintain tracker for in house AML services, and assisting with other client reports. This role will report directly to the AML Manager. High performers will have the opportunity to progress within the Client Onboarding and System Solutions AML Team.Essential FunctionsAssist with client AML Reports providing details on Standishs AML offeringsEnsure status changes with continuous monitoring are reviewed and escalatedCommunicate and provide information to Core CCO for new/existing clients and follow ups as necessaryMaintain AML Trackers with up-to-date detailsAssist with client workspace setup within Standishs project management softwareCompile Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reportsScreen investors and associated parties of Standish clientsCollaborate with the Client Onboarding Coordinators to develop and implement best practices when onboarding new clients with AML requestFollow AML policy and procedures to ensure Standish is meeting AML requirementsMinimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree required3+ years of experience in a clientoriented professional office environment, preferably in a related industryProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and OutlookFamiliarity with Lexis Nexis, Bridger, and GridSkills/AbilitiesAbility to manage high volume workload by multi-tasking and prioritizingExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of internal and external partiesAbility to work independently and exercise professional judgmentTeam player with a strong work ethic #J-18808-Ljbffr
