The Senior Recruitment Specialist will lead recruitment campaigns, source and attract top talent, conduct candidate screenings, and manage the hiring pipeline. This individual will also develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies, foster strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and best practices.QualificationsProven experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and full-cycle recruitmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersAbility to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, including utilizing digital platforms and talent sourcing methodsExperience in managing compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and recruitment standardsExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment softwarePrior experience in the logistics, camp management, or aviation sectors is an assetBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
