PRINCIPAL FOCUS: Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warehouse Worker is responsible for various tasks and duties related to the store warehouse. These may include: accurate, timely, damage-free shipping and receiving, as well as other tasks such as stocking, tracking of product, picking and packing of orders as required, and ensuring proper stocking of merchandise. PRIMARY DUTIES: May perform any of (but not limited to) the tasks below, using computerized inventory system to access and update data: Receiving - Receives, unpacks, inspects, scans, stores and/or delivers merchandise or materials, identifies missing stock and completes appropriate documentation Shipping - Picks, checks, scans, packs, addresses and loads merchandise Picking - Fulfills order by picking inventory and packing for shipment May work independently or with a team Inventory counts and bin scans on a regular basis, reporting and acting on results Maintenance of safe and clean warehouse and work areas at all times Stock shelves, ensures stock is adequate and properly presented As directed, sets out displays and demo merchandise according to policy, procedures and display plans Other miscellaneous duties as directed SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
