As the Water & Septic Coordinator, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of Camp Stephens'' water and septic systems. HOW you''ll create Moments that Matter: You will oversee the safe operation of the camp''s water and septic systems, ensuring compliance with Ontario Regulation 170/03 and all applicable safety and regulatory standards. You will conduct regular inspections of facilities, grounds, and emergency systems, support asset maintenance and fire protection readiness, and step into leadership during incidents or emergencies as required. You will also manage documentation, logs, compliance records, and end-of-season reporting to support risk management, operational planning, and long-term sustainability. You''ll bring: Hands-on experience with water systems, septic systems, or similar infrastructure, including an understanding of regulatory compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to educate staff, maintain accurate records, and respond effectively in emergency situations.
