The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment. Responsibilities Track and manage inventory Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe Manage warehouse staff Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes Responsible for hiring and performance management for the team personnel. Performs all physical tasks associated with the movement and receiving and distribution of materials and consumer devices. Implement a fully functional supply chain management/production control infrastructure. Qualifications High school diploma or GED 5 years of warehouse experience Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word) Technical Skills: Computer proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with UPS and FedEx delivery services. Organizational Awareness: Ability to communicate effectively within internal management group, team members Bilingual: English and Chinese (Required)
