JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for Quality Inspectors to join an automation client in Cambridge, ON. This is an ongoing nuclear refurbishment project that is anticipated to last for at least 6 months. This person will be a Quality Inspector that will be inspecting aerospace parts (machining components, plating components, grippers, etc. - a wide range of parts that can be as a little as the palm of your hand or so big that a truck needs to come in a pick them up). The Quality Inspector will need to be able to learn about these parts instantly. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3+ years experience in Quality Inspection Knowledge of blueprint reading (understanding of mechanical drawings, GD&T, etc.) ISO standards NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge and/or experience with CMM Background in aerospace (AS9100) Experience in welding or non destructive examination Familiarity with special processes such as plating or painting
