This role offers flexibility and variety and will suit someone who enjoys working at pace while supporting multiple stakeholders.You'll provide screening and recruitment support across a range of Metlifecare roles, working closely with the wider Talent and MetFlex teams. Your focus will be on general recruitment activity including:Screening and shortlisting candidates for a range of Metlifecare rolesConducting phone screens and interviewsManaging candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate recordsWorking closely with the Talent and MetFlex teams to support recruitment demandSupporting pre-employment checks and documentation as requiredAssisting with recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiativesProviding a positive, professional candidate experience*To note: the attached job description is for a permanent Talent Acquisition Partner; however, this casual role will not require the full scope of those responsibilities.About youYou're organised, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
