Responsibilities - Proactively make daily outbound calls to licensed real estate professionals across the Carolinas using provided lead lists and self-sourced contacts. - Engage experienced agents through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to promote career opportunities with RE/MAX Executive. - Identify qualified candidates based on experience, production history, market presence, and alignment with our company culture. - Build rapport quickly, uncover agents goals or frustrations, and present RE/MAX Executive as the ideal next step in their careers. - Set up high-quality interviews for our leadership team with agents who are a strong fit for our offices and team culture. - Maintain accurate records of outreach, candidate status, and follow-up activity; provide daily updates on appointments and progress. - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on outbound communication, consistent follow-up, and results. - Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and an excellent experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process. - Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program - Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected - Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis - Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members - Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Qualifications - Proven success in cold calling, sales, recruiting, or other high-conversion communication roles. - Track record of consistently setting appointments through outbound calls. - Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. - Confident, charismatic, and persuasive on the phone, with the ability to overcome objections professionally. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach. - Prior experience in real estate, recruiting, or sales is a strong plus. - Familiarity with real estate industry trends, key players, and the competitive landscape is preferred. - Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well - Superb time management and organizational skills - At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field - Familiar with online job posting tools Compensation $36,000 - $70,000 yearly About RE/MAX Executive RE/MAX Executive is the largest RE/MAX franchise in North and South Carolina, boasting a network of over 25 offices across the Carolinas.
