Pastor of Next Generation Ministries The Pastor of Next Generation Ministries will provide leadership, vision, and oversight for Bromleys kids and youth ministries, and Shine On Summer Camp. Additionally, this role is responsible for overseeing Bromleys Policy on Childrens Ministry Protection, ensuring the safety of all participants, and administering necessary training and screening processes. The Pastor of Next Generation Ministries will also have the opportunity to preach throughout the year, contributing to the spiritual growth of the entire congregation. Occasionally, this role will be called on for other opportunities to serve at Bromley.
