They are expected to have demonstrated competency to a supervisor, or designated mentor, in all Core Responsibilities of a Skid Steer Operator. It is an expectation they adhere to the policies outlined in Hall''s HSE and are an active participant in site organization and safety. Core Responsibilities: Adhere to Hall''s safety program & guidelines Daily pre-inspection / basic maintenance of equipment Working around our foundation drilling equipment Hoisting, offloading rebar cages Safe organization of onsite material placement On site management of drilling spoils, water and concrete. You have the following qualifications, technical and interpersonal skills: Qualifications: Mobile equipment ticket is an asset but not essential, as training will be provided Moving tailings and moving equipment round the job site Trimming experience Unloading cages and deliveries Comfortable operating in a highly congested areas Experience working around ground personal, congestion, utilities and other support equipment Highly motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work in a team environment Strong understanding of elevation and grades Technical Skills: Must know how to operate a pressure washer. You have knowledge on safe work procedures. You can clearly identify various types of hazards on site. You understand hand signals for spotting concrete truck, Crane singles. Interpersonal Skills: Great attitude towards safety. Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to excel in a team atmosphere. Exceptional customer service. Results-oriented. Desire to grow within our organization.
