We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized individual who aligns with our values of sincerity, commitment to quality, responsiveness, friendliness and a can-do attitude to fill the role of an Administrative Assistant with our Head Office team at Edmonton, AB location. Overview The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the store locations by ensuring that business operations are maintained in an effective and efficient manner. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager, Assistant Office Manager, Team Lead and upper management. The Administrative Assistant will maintain 40-44 hours per week Responsibilities: Processing online orders Shipping online orders Receiving and opening packages from suppliers or stores Customer care for online orders and retail locations (PODIUM) Processing customer returns, refunds, exchange and repairs Direct contact with couriers to ensure online orders and packages get delivered in a timely manner Quality Control Web Sales Reporting Online Inventory Reporting Online email Google Review Coupon Codes, Exclusive Links Website Price Changes Website Addition to Clearance Shipping to Celebrities,influencers etc. Ordering from supp Tagging Answering phone calls AOR (Area of Responsibility) Overseeing and delegating tasks to coworkers under the same department or team What we offer: At Paris Jewellers, we offer our Brand Ambassadors a culture, based on old world work ethics, and a commitment to be better than we were yesterday.
