SMS Equipment is seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Reman Coordinator to support fullcycle work order processing, customer service, and administrative execution within our Reman operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely component repair coordination, while delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Work Location:Acheson, AB Salary:$60,000 - $68,000, depending on experience. Work arrangement:Fixed on site working 5 days a week from the office. Schedule:Monday to Friday, weekend OT may be available. What You''ll Do Manage full-cycle work order transactions, including creation, updates, documentation, and closure. Prepare quotations and perform repair cost analysis to support highquality customer service. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customer inquiries. Coordinate sublet WIP in conjunction with the expeditor and vendors to establish priorities and timelines. Maintain accurate documentation including service reports, photos, and warranty files. Support repair processing by establishing and maintaining parts within SMS work orders. Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, record management, and communication updates. Collaborate with Reman Supervision and Quality Assurance to support ISO documentation updates through historical reference review. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Reman department. What You Bring The ideal candidate have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a shop or technical environment. Additional qualifications include: Postsecondary education in Business Administration or a related field is an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience working in ERP systems (e.g., eXtend). Ability to build strong working relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
