Enthusiastic and passionate about the NSCC experience, you will employ a high level of communication, positivity, ownership, organization and knowledge. You will demonstrate a strong desire to contribute to student success and the success of the College as a key force in the economy and quality of life in Nova Scotia. You will be responsible for both inbound and outbound verbal and written communication that fosters a high-quality experience for our clientele. As a direct service provider, you will represent NSCC in building strong relationships. You will develop and convey a comprehensive and robust knowledge base on NSCC programs, practices, services and policies, and will be considered a subject matter expert for people wanting information about the NSCC experience. What you''ll need Qualifications Qualifications and Occupational Experience: The minimum educational qualification for this position is a post-secondary diploma in Administrative Professional/Office Administration, Business, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline. You have a minimum of two years of recent and related occupational experience providing exceptional service in a client focused environment. Occupational experience in a post-secondary environment would be considered an asset. You are familiar with and comfortable using computer applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite, E-mail including Outlook, Teams and Microsoft Excel. Experience with PeopleSoft or another client database system considered an asset. You are comfortable working in a digital environment; you take responsibility for acquiring knowledge about advancing technology; and you are committed to using technology in advancing your work You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students would be considered an asset. Experience in a contact centre environment would be considered an asset.
