In this position you will: Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding Manage inventory and ordering Who This Role Is For Someone with leadership or management experience Experience in food service, retail, or hospitality is an asset Comfortable leading a team and making decisions Reliable, organized, and steady under pressure Proud to contribute to the local community Why work for us?
