A Day in the Life as a Front Desk Coordinator Based at our Winnipeg Grant clinic, you''ll be the first friendly face and voice our client''s experience. Your days are fast paced, varied, and never boring. You''ll juggle client interactions, scheduling, administrative details, and collaboration with physicians and technicians all while keeping the clinic running smoothly and professionally. Your goal? To deliver an exceptional client experience from the moment someone contacts us, while supporting our medical and operations teams behind the scenes. You''ll be: Welcoming clients in person and on the phone with warmth, professionalism, and confidence Guiding clients through questions about our medical aesthetic treatments Booking appointments and ensuring schedules are optimized for physicians and technicians Managing patient check-ins, checkouts, and re-bookings seamlessly Processing medical billing and invoices with accuracy and discretion Providing administrative support to physicians and the Operations Manager Jumping into special projects and supporting clinic operations as needed Making sure no detail slips through the cracks What We''re Looking For You''re someone who: Naturally connects with people and enjoys building relationships Has a positive, proactive, ''I''ve got this'' attitude Thrives in a busy environment where no two days look the same Takes pride in being organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Loves delivering exceptional service and following through Can work independently while being a strong team player Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an asset, but attitude, professionalism, and client focus matter most Required Skills & Experience 12 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or client-facing role (clinic or healthcare experience is an asset, not a must) Experience in medical billing Strong communication skills both verbal and written Comfort with sales conversations and guiding clients toward the right services Excellent organizational skills and sound judgment Strong computer literacy and administrative confidence Ability to follow processes accurately with limited supervision Flexibility to support clinic scheduling needs Background or interest in aesthetics and wellness is a strong asset What''s In It for You (Why Join Us?)
