The Nutrition Production Attendant prepares and portions hot cereal, sandwiches, desserts, fruit and nourishments. Assemble and deliver ER kits and trays. 1. Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent 2. Demonstrated skills developed through experience in efficient, hygienic, cleaning techniques and knowledge of the food production system 3. Physically capable of carrying out duties which may include heavy lifting 4. Demonstrated ability to assume responsibility and to perform duties with minimal direct supervision 5. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment by taking on both leader and follower roles as required, cooperating with the team objectives, and taking initiative to assist in the completion of tasks 6. Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate in English, both verbal and written and ability to communicate by initiating and communicating in a sensitive, thoughtful, and timely manner 7. Demonstrated ability to problem solve 8. Valid Food Handlers Certificate
