How Youll Help Residents Live Well As an RN, youll take on a team leadership role that allows you to use your full clinical scope within the Resident Home Area, supervising, implementing, and evaluating the overall operations and clinical programs. Youll provide individualized care in accordance with professional and legislative standards, and Pioneer Ridges vision, mission, and caring philosophy.
