As a Wine Merchant you will provide exceptional customer service, while we provide you with a strong wine education training program and the opportunity to learn and taste Arterras award winning wines. All while working in a fun, flexible store environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service. Perform POS (point of sale) transactions and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments and replenishment. Meet and exceed shift targets. Participate in community-driven initiatives and festivals. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications 19 years of age or older. High School or equivalent education is required. Smart Serve Certification is required. Retail experience is an asset. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders.
